Conifer’s core expertise lies in servicing businesses operating in the hospitality industry, providing restaurants, bars and taverns with comprehensive coverages supported by knowledgeable management, underwriting and claims handling. Conifer Insurance Company is based in Michigan, and offers both admitted and excess & surplus lines capabilities which vary by state.
White Pine Insurance Company operates primarily on an admitted basis, and markets its products through a network of independent agents and brokers. Target classes of business include main street mercantile businesses, restaurants, bars and taverns, artisan contractors, garages, commercial auto risks, dwellings, homeowners, and other specialty lines.
Sycamore Insurance Agency is a managing general agency, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Conifer Holdings. Originally formed as a conduit for Conifer agents to place surplus lines business with Conifer’s non-admitted markets, Sycamore also facilitates specialty programs on a select basis.
